RBR / FIELD NOTES
Resort-led work on our House Reef. These are field activities, not bookable guest programmes.
Restoration began in August 2026 in front of RBR. In September, the team confirmed two small restoration areas with six mother-coral tables, two juvenile-coral tables and twelve restoration frames.
Since August 2026, the team has reported at least two observation and maintenance dives per week, checking restored corals and clearing accumulated sand. Dated paper records track coral condition. COTS observations record dates, locations and visual counts per dive.
RBR’s activity record reports 243 crown-of-thorns starfish removed during about five hours of work in an approximately three-hectare search area in front of the resort.

These are activity and structure counts, not a measured survival rate, population-density estimate or proof of ecological recovery. Proposed expansion and partnerships are not presented as completed work.
